How rentals work
- Next-day delivery is our aim. Same-day rush delivery is $75 when the schedule allows.
- Delivery is $45 within 15 miles of our Plano store, plus $20 for each additional 10 miles. Pickup is the same rate.
- Wheelchairs, walkers, and other smaller items can be picked up at the store.
- Hospital beds are always delivered and set up by our team.
- One-week minimum. Each rental page lists monthly rates and full details.

Visiting Dallas
Your equipment waits at the hotel front desk.
In town for surgery, a convention, a wedding, or family? Rent a scooter, wheelchair, walker, or bed for your stay. Book with your hotel name and travel dates.
We deliver to the front desk or bell stand the day before you arrive, labeled with your name. Leave it at the front desk when you check out and we pick it up the next day.

Scooters, power wheelchairs, and manual wheelchairs for conferences, conventions, corporate meetings, weddings, and church events at hotels and convention centers.
Send the event, venue, dates, and what you need. We deliver everything to one on-site contact, who hands items out and gathers them in one place at the end. We pick everything up on the next weekday after the event.
Repairs
Repairs at your home or at our store.
Factory-trained technicians repair most major brands, including equipment you did not buy from us. We come to you anywhere in DFW, or you can drop it off in Plano.

Hospital beds and power chairs are usually easier to fix at home. Manual wheelchairs and walkers are quick to bring in.
Batteries and chargers
New batteries for scooters and power chairs.
Worn batteries are the most common reason a scooter or power chair stops doing its job. We replace batteries and chargers in the store or at your home.
Signs it is time
- The range is shorter than it used to be.
- It will not hold a charge overnight.
- It slows down on hills or with weight.
- It will not power on at all.
We tell you first if the problem turns out to be something other than the batteries.
